Rescuers have located a commercial plane with 46 people aboard that crashed in Venezuela.
However, emergency workers have said there is no chance of finding survivors.
A rescue helicopter reportedly spotted the wreckage of the ATR 42-300, which had been travelling from Merida to Caracas.
The twin-engine aircraft took off late yesterday afternoon, before losing contact with air traffic controllers.
Rescue teams had set off for an area in the Venezuelan Andes to search for wreckage and any survivors, but the search had been temporarily called off at nightfall due to fog.
Merida is located in a mountainous region, 680 kilometres or 422 miles south-west of Caracas.
