Resolve SCQ conflict

THE EDITOR, Sir:
I am a true Schools' Challenge Quiz (SCQ) fan. I began viewing the competition in 1975, a mere one year from being 'Common-Entranced' to Kingston College (KC). It was the SCQ that instilled in me the pulsating desire to select KC as my first choice. Fast-forward to 2016, with an ominous controversy hanging as TVJ suspends both KC and Camperdown.
I love TVJ and Quiz. I revel in the purple rain of KC. Yet, what I cherish and passionately value above all else is fairness.
Last season's dispute between KC and Campion College was not the first. I believe that in
the late 1980s, KC defeated Campion in an acrimonious match. Campion withdrew from the competition for two decades.
I hope all parties will negotiate and emancipate themselves from these chains of circumstance for the sake of Jamaica.
