Yesterday, the Chamber opened an Intelligence Unit at the Mandeville Police Station under phase one of the initiative.

The other phases will include, the installation of surveillance cameras in Mandeville and additional police vehicles to be used on patrols.

Mr. Smith said the programmes should be replicated in other communities.
