Two men killed in separate road crashes
Forty-five-year-old Marlon Bell has succumbed to injuries he sustained in a vehicular crash along Highway 2000 in St Catherine on Friday.
Bell, who hailed from Greater Portmore, St Catherine, was driving a 2008 Freightliner truck along the roadway when he reportedly lost control of the vehicle and collided with an Infiniti motor car in the vicinity of Sharpers Lane Bridge.
The impact resulted in both vehicles being extensively damaged and the occupants injured.
They were taken to hospital where Bell succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, 78-year-old Lascelles Woon, otherwise called 'Chiney Man', died after being hit from behind by a truck while riding a bicycle in Rollington Town, Kingston about 7:50 p.m. Friday.
The police are investigating both matters.
