What to do about gays

Published:Sunday | May 20, 2018 | 12:00 AM

THE EDITOR, Sir:

Everyone ought to mind his own business. Everyone should live and let live. Everyone could learn to respect and treat others as they expect, deserve and want to be treated themselves.

Maybe if these principles were widely practised, gays might not need to have a 'gay agenda' and there would then not be one to offend others.

But we are all human, so when the emotions and resentments start to run high, we could pause, and ask ourselves: "What would Jesus do?"

And even if one is not a Christian, His example should always be a good one to follow.
