In order to sustain a healthy eating plan, it is important that we enjoy what we eat. Try to ensure that you enjoy the food you eat from day to day. And, yes,
It is OK to have a cheat meal once in a while. No, not a cheat day, a cheat meal.

Plan your cheat meal to ensure things don’t get out of hand, and try to keep it within reasonable calorie consumption limits. Don’t let it go on all day.

Incorporating the occasional booze, pizza, chocolate, or whatever treats you enjoy will keep you on track in the long-term – without you loathing the process of the healthy lifestyle plan you want to achieve.

A strategy for keeping cheating in check is to treat it as a reward for achieving a smaller goal, such as losing a few pounds or for moderate gains in muscle or strength.

So, yes, enjoy that occasional reward cheat.
